Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Items prepared specifically for your order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-branded items are not eligible for return.
Defective or incorrect items qualify for free return shipping. For other returns, a prepaid label is provided with $5.99 deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. They will be credited to your original payment method.
