By accessing or using PricedLowest (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PricedLowest is an independent online retailer operated by PricedLowest LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We sell new products directly to consumers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brand-name manufacturers whose products appear on the Service. All brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products being offered.
All products sold on PricedLowest are new, in-stock items purchased directly from authorized brand and distributor channels. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout before you place your order.
PricedLowest works hard to offer competitive prices. Prices shown on the Service are:
Our "Best Price Promise" is a price-match program, not an absolute lowest-price guarantee. If you find the identical item (same SKU, same condition, in stock) listed at a lower total price by a major U.S. retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or the manufacturer's official site) within 14 days of your purchase, contact support@pricedlowest.com with a link to the competitor listing. We will review and, if the request qualifies, refund the difference. Exclusions: marketplace third-party sellers, clearance, open-box, refurbished, bundle pricing, promotional financing, loyalty/member pricing, and items not in stock at the competitor. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the displayed total (item price + shipping + tax) to your selected payment method.
An order is considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if pricing is incorrect, the product is out of stock, the payment cannot be authorized, or we cannot verify your shipping address. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $50 to U.S. addresses. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; actual delivery may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. For in-stock items, estimated production time is in addition to shipping time and is disclosed on the product page.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy. Personalized and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective. All in-stock items may be returned within 30 days per our Returns Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, manufacturers may update packaging, materials, or included accessories without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Service are error-free. If a product you receive materially differs from its description, you may return it under our Returns Policy.
All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of PricedLowest or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Brand names, logos, and product names referenced on the Service are the property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to any third-party trademark is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission; (d) interfere with security features; or (e) use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRICEDLOWEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PricedLowest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before filing any formal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@pricedlowest.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the Service or by email (for account holders). Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
